In any case, don't worry: with our "Easy Return" service, you can manage any issue after purchase easily and quickly.

If you notice that the item has a manufacturing defect or doesn't meet your expectations, our "Easy Return" service allows you to return it, giving you the freedom to shop with confidence and peace of mind.

The return procedure is incredibly simple: from your Kamiceria personal account, click the "Easy Return" button, fill out the form to request the return, and wait for the confirmation email with further instructions. Then, ship the box using your trusted courier within the specified timeline.

You have plenty of time to decide whether to return the products. You can initiate the return process within 100 days from receiving your order. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 72 hours in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Our "Easy Return" service ensures that you can choose and try on your favorite items confidently. If they don’t meet your expectations, you have the flexibility to return them. Please note that returns are not available for embroidered shirts.
