If you want to buy a shirt, some knitwear items or a polo shirt, you can choose the model that best fits your physique. Kamiceria offers 3 types of fitting: Classic, Slim or Regular.
- Classic items adapt to any physique. They have a standard and straight cut and a comfortable fitting.
- Slim items have close-fitting around the chest and waist. They especially suit a trim physique, due to a tight cut.
- Regular items are tighter than Classic and looser than Slim. They are ideal when Classic fit is too wide and Slim fit too tight: in this case the middle way is the perfect one.

All measurements have to be considered on the item, not on the body: compare them with an item you have already at home. When you choose an article, check the fitting logo on the left side of the picture.
If you already placed an order on Kamiceria but you don't remember the size or fit of your purchased article, you will just need to login into your personal account, and click on "view order" in the "order" section. Here you will find the size and fit of your article.

Using the filters on the left side of the page, you will be able to do a more accurate research, choosing for example the colour, the pattern, the type of collar or the size which you desire. Once you select the item, you need to choose the size and in case you want to add a embroidery of your initials you have to click on "Add embroidery to your shirt". At this point you can also include a gift box, and add your item to cart.

If you want to continue shopping, you can choose and add to cart other items, otherwise you can proceed to checkout. If you are a registered customer you just have to enter your details, on the other hand if you are a new customer you have to register and create a personal account. At this stage you're asked to enter your invoice address (and shipping address in case it differs), choose the payment method, and enter a discount code if you have one, then click on “Proceed to checkout” at the end of the page to conclude and place the order. Within few minutes you will receive a confirmation email of your order, to the email address you specified during registration.

If you want to buy more items of the same article, you have to "continue shopping" when you're in your cart and select the item again, enter the size and add it to the cart.

If you can't add the article to the cart and the system shows you this note: "All items available for [article code] have already been added to your cart", it means that the selected size isn't available anymore: probably the last one is already in your cart. In fact, once your order is placed, that size won't be visible online.
Just after the selection of the size of the item, you have to click on "add embroidery to your shirt", there you have the possibility to choose your initials, the position, the font you prefer and the colour. At this point you can confirm and add the item to cart.

The embroidery of your initials can be made only on shirts, not on other items. By applying a customization to the product you will not be able to ask for its return; if you don't know your fitting we suggest not to embroider your initials, therefore you will be able to ask the return.
Your order is quickly processed, so this means that it will not be possible to make any changes after more than one working day once you've placed it. In case that you notice to have made a mistake when you receive the confirmation email of your order, or you want to change the payment method, you can contact our Customer Service by email and we will be glad to help you click here.
Sure! When you confirm your order you will be asked in the first section to enter your details, and this is your invoice address. If you want to deliver your order to another address, you only have to enter these data in the section below “shipping address”, just removing the flag mark ✔ on "Ship to the same address".

Moreover, you can save your details in your personal account, “Address Book” section, to store them for your future purchase (it is not possible to choose two addresses of different countries).

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way, which will include a link to your tracking information. All Kamiceria's orders are fully traceable so you'll be able to check the progress of your parcel from when it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives to you. You can check the status and the details of your order by login into your Kamiceria account in the “Orders” section, and clicking on “View Order”.
Once your order is delivered, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse, which will include a link to UPS website for your tracking information. So you'll be able to check the progress of your parcel from when it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives to you. Otherwise if you prefer, you can enter the tracking number received by email directly on UPS website.

Before getting in contact with us, make sure of checking your order status by using the tracking code we sent you by email, and check if there was some problem with your delivery. Once your order is delivered, the invoice will be automatically created and you will be able to find it and download it from your personal account We never put the invoice into your parcel.

You can return any item to us, with the exception of customized shirts with embroidery, within 100 days of receiving your original order. You just have to follow these simple steps:
  • Fill out the form by clicking on the EASY RETURNS button in your personal account
  • Wait for the return confirmation email with instructions, and in the following days, ship the box with your trusted courier.
Package up accurately the items including their relative accessories (cards, bags, pins, etc.).

Within 72 hours of receipt of the returned items, we will issue the refund, in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. The refunded amount will correspond to the value of the purchased garment.
We are no able to offer an exchange of items purchased, unless a size change of the same article. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different article or model, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
