European returns procedure
Easy Return: how to request a return from Europe
Eligible items can currently be returned within 100 days of delivery, subject to the applicable conditions. Start the request from your account, wait for authorisation and follow the shipping instructions provided for that return.
Return procedure in three steps
1. Submit the request
Sign in to your account, open Easy Returns and select the order and eligible items you want to return.
2. Wait for confirmation
Do not send the parcel before receiving the authorisation and the instructions that apply to the request.
3. Send the parcel
For orders delivered outside Italy, the current terms normally require the customer to arrange and pay for tracked return shipping unless different conditions are expressly provided.
Current return period and EU withdrawal rights
Kamiceria's current commercial policy allows eligible returns within 100 days of receiving the order. For consumers in the European Union, a statutory right of withdrawal may also apply within 14 days under the conditions established by law.
Mandatory consumer rights in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected. The current Terms and Conditions and the authorisation sent for the individual return prevail.
Condition of returned items
- Unused and unworn.
- Unwashed and unironed.
- Clean, undamaged and without signs of wear caused by use.
- Complete with original tags, labels and accessories.
- Securely packaged for transport.
Personalised garments
The current return policy does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, including garments with embroidered initials. If a personalised product is faulty or does not match the options selected in the order, use post-sales assistance before sending it back.
Size exchange
A size exchange can be requested for the same product, subject to availability. A direct exchange for a different product or model is not normally available; in that case the unwanted item is returned and a new order is placed separately.
Refund processing
Current terms state that Kamiceria initiates the refund within 72 hours after the returned products are received and inspected. The time required for the amount to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
Use the authorised return procedure
Keep the order reference, wait for return confirmation and retain the tracked-shipping receipt until the parcel has been delivered.
