Find out how to request easy returns on Kamiceria

EASY RETURNS in three simple steps:

1. Fill out the form by clicking on the "EASY RETURNS" button in your personal account.

2. Wait for the return confirmation email with instructions, and ship the box using your trusted courier.

3. Within 72 hours of receiving the box, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Note: Custom embroidered shirts cannot be returned.

We understand how important it is for you to try on the shirts or items purchased. That’s why we allow you to return them within 100 DAYS if they do not meet your expectations.

To start the return process, log in to your personal account, click the "EASY RETURNS" button, and complete the form. Provide the order number and the items to be returned. In the "notes" section, specify the reason for the return, the pick-up address (if different from the delivery address), or request a size replacement of the same item. Please note that replacements for different items or models are not allowed, only size exchanges for the same product.

Within 72 hours of receiving the returned items, we will process your REFUND in the same payment method used for the purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal correctly, please ensure the following conditions are fully met:

1. The products must not have been used, washed, or ironed;
2. The products must be returned with all their original accessories: tags, labels, pins, clips, and other parts of the original packaging;
3. The products must not be damaged, wrinkled, or creased;
4. The products must not have custom embroidered initials.
