International shipping in Europe: costs, tracking and customs
Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination and are shown for the selected address during checkout. The product page provides the estimated dispatch date, while tracking is supplied after the parcel is handed to the courier.

Preparation and transport times are estimates and can vary by item, destination and peak period.
Order preparation and delivery time
Current guidance states that order preparation normally takes between two and four working days, depending on the item. The estimated dispatch date shown on the product page is the best reference for the individual order.
After dispatch, international orders are usually delivered within five to ten working days. Public holidays, peak periods, customs checks and remote destinations can extend these estimates.
Delivery charges
Shipping charges depend on the delivery country and the options available for the selected address. Because these conditions can change, the amount shown during checkout should be treated as authoritative for the order.
Use the checkout delivery option rather than a saved screenshot or an older price table when comparing shipping costs.
VAT and customs
Deliveries within the European Union
Product prices include VAT and customs duties are normally not due when the parcel is delivered within the EU.
Destinations outside the European Union
Local duties, taxes, import charges or clearance fees may be requested by the destination country and can be payable separately.
When the address is not available
Some destinations, islands or remote areas may not be served by the standard service. If checkout does not provide a delivery option for the address, Customer Service can confirm whether an alternative is currently available.
