How to measure a dress shirt to choose the right size

To determine the exact size and fit for you, you simply need to measure a few precise points of a shirt you already own and then compare the measurements with our size chart. To be sure you are measuring with accuracy, we advise you to first lay the shirt on a table or any other flat surface.

   

1) Neck circumference:

 open the shirt and stretch out the neck, with the measuring tape measure from the center of the button hole to the center of the button to get the right measure.

2) Chest circumference:

 button up the shirt, position the meter horizontally below the seam of the armhole (underarm).

3) Waistline:

always with the buttoned shirt, position the meter horizontally between the last and the penultimate button.

4) Sleeve Length:

place the measuring tape from the shoulder seam to the tip of the cuff hem, to get the correct measurement.

5) Shirt Length:

  place the measuring tape at the center of the back of the shirt and measure from the collar seam down to the hem of the shirt.
